Welcome to ClinicAlly Trained™ (referred to as “the Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online courses, continuing education materials, certification programs, and website services (collectively, “the Courses”), operated by Yoga Therapy Associates LLP.

By purchasing any Course or accessing any of our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or access our services.

1. Account Creation and Security

To access Course materials, you must register for a user account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

  • Never share your account login credentials. Each purchase grants access to a single user. Sharing account access to allow multiple individuals to view content or earn Continuing Education (CE) credits under one purchase is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of account access without a refund.

2. Course Access, Tuition, and Expiration

  • Tuition Fees: Tuition fees vary by Course and are clearly stated on the individual registration and checkout pages. You agree to pay the specified price at the time of purchase.

  • Access Windows: The duration of your access to Course materials (e.g., one year, multi-year, or lifetime access) varies by program and is specified on the individual Course page at the time of purchase.

  • It is the student’s sole responsibility to complete the Course materials, requirements, and download any associated certificates within the designated access window. After the access window expires, extension fees may apply to regain access.

3. Continuing Education (CE) Credits & Reciprocity

  • Course Approvals: The number of credit hours and the specific approving boards (such as NASW-CT, CCB, or other professional bodies) vary by Course. Accurate, up-to-date credentialing and credit hour counts are detailed explicitly on each individual Course page.

  • Out-of-State Reciprocity: While many of our Course approvals are widely accepted via reciprocity across the United States, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify with their specific state licensing board that the credits offered will be accepted toward their unique license renewal requirements. ClinicAlly Trained™ is not responsible if a state board denies reciprocity.

  • Certificate Issuance: CE certificates are automatically generated or issued only upon the verified completion of all required course modules, quizzes, and/or submission of Course evaluations.

4. Professional and Clinical Disclaimer

  • Educational Purpose Only: The content provided in our Courses is for educational and professional development purposes for licensed or qualified mental health and health professionals. It does not constitute clinical supervision, legal advice, or direct medical/mental health treatment for the student or their clients.

  • Scope of Practice: Clinicians are solely responsible for ensuring that any somatic, yoga-based, or breathwork interventions they introduce to clients fall within their legal and ethical scope of practice, state regulations, and professional liability insurance coverage. ClinicAlly Trained™ and Yoga Therapy Associates LLP assume no liability for clinical outcomes or individual client adverse reactions resulting from the application of these techniques.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content included in our Courses—including videos, text, graphics, logos, and proprietary frameworks—is the property of Yoga Therapy Associates LLP and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

  • ClinicAlly Trained™, Pneumetric Breath Method™, and Applied Yoga Somatics™ are legally protected trademarks.

  • You may not download, record, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Course materials, videos, or proprietary handouts without express written permission from Yoga Therapy Associates LLP.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our online learning platform, all sales are final unless otherwise specified on the individual Course page. Once access to a student dashboard and video modules has been granted, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or transfers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoga Therapy Associates LLP, its partners, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Course materials.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms must be filed in a court located in Connecticut.
